Meet Weston Gracida
FOUNDER & CONTRACTOR
I’m Weston, the owner of Gracida Homes.
My journey into construction began about four years ago when I transitioned from working as a boat captain to becoming a contractor. That shift really started during the renovation of my own home, which sparked my interest in construction and the building process.
As a Wellington native, I’ve always been closely connected to the equestrian community. That has naturally opened the door to barn builds and rehabilitation projects, along with custom homes and renovations. I take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and finishes, but I also care deeply about making sure the process stays clear and organized from start to finish.
Stepping into construction has allowed me to spend more time with my wife, Sarah, and our daughter. We work together in our construction business, and in our free time we enjoy playing polo, fishing, and skiing as a family.

Sarah Gracida
DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL OPERATIONS
I oversee the financial and operational side of our projects.That includes budgeting, contracts, reviewing costs, and making sure everything stays aligned as we move forward. I like to make sure the numbers make sense before decisions are finalized, so there are no surprises later in the process.
When adjustments come up, I look at how they affect the overall investment and long-term direction of the project. My role is to help keep the structure behind the build steady and organized so clients feel confident not just in the work, but in the planning behind it.

Juan Collazo
PROJECT MANAGER
Most people call me Junior.I manage the day-to-day operations on site. I coordinate subcontractors, oversee scheduling, and make sure the work reflects what was discussed and approved during planning. Construction always has moving parts, so I focus on keeping everything aligned and progressing in the right order.
If something needs to be addressed, I handle it directly and communicate clearly so we can keep moving forward. My goal is to make sure the build progresses smoothly and that the quality of work meets our standards every step of the way.

Anastasia Redding
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
I support the coordination and organization behind every project, and you’ll likely be hearing from me throughout the process.I manage permitting, documentation, procurement tracking, and internal systems to make sure everything stays structured and on schedule. That includes coordinating with local building departments, organizing material selections, and keeping communication clear between the office and the field.
My role is to make sure details don’t get overlooked and that you always know what’s happening next. A smooth process doesn’t happen by accident. It takes consistent follow-through, and that’s where I focus my attention.

Jesmar Lozada
PROJECT COORDINATION
You’ll probably hear me referred to as JLo.
I support project coordination and internal organization across our builds. I assist with scheduling, documentation, meeting preparation, and communication to help keep projects aligned as they move through each phase.
I work closely with both the office and field teams to ensure information stays organized and timelines remain clear. My focus is on supporting the structure behind the scenes so the overall experience feels steady and well managed.
